General Administrator
20 Hours | £13.45 per hour
Full Time Job Summary: This role is primarily focused on managing the information desk, serving as the first point of contact for tenants, and the public. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling enquiries, and undertaking various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site.
Reporting to the Centre Administrator and Deputy Manager
Customer and Tenant Services:
· Manage the information desk, including handling telephone enquiries, responding to emails, and maintaining stock of leaflets and maps.
· Management of 2 email addresses and use of site diaries.
· Provide tourism and local area information and shopping mall information to the public.
· Distribute memos and general information to tenants in a timely manner.
· Liaise with retail tenants weekly to gather information on promotional offers for distribution
across various media platforms.
Administrative and Commercial Duties:
· Perform general administrative tasks to support site operations.
· Assist with the management of commercial bookings for site facilities.
· Schedule content for the centre website and social media.
· Oversee regular meter readings, log data accurately, and communicate relevant information to tenants and utility account administration.
· Compile and submit various weekly and monthly reports to deadlines.
· Proactively identify and report site faults, potential hazards, and maintenance requirements.
· Key member during site evacuations and emergency procedures.
