Non-Refundable

·  Same-day alteration fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Urgency Fee

·  A premium fee applies to all same-day alteration services.

Availability

·  Same-day service is subject to tailor availability and daily workload capacity.

·  Service may be suspended during peak seasons (e.g., December holidays, prom season, wedding season).

Fittings Requirement

·  Clients must be available for fittings at the time of drop-off to ensure accuracy.
