Non-Refundable

• Same-day alteration fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Urgency Fee

• A premium fee applies to all same-day alteration services.

Availability

• Same-day service is subject to tailor availability and daily workload capacity.
• Service may be suspended during peak seasons (e.g., December holidays, prom season, wedding season).

Fittings Requirement

• Clients must be available for fittings at the time of drop-off to ensure accuracy.
