Crafting something that endures for over 18 years takes time and character. You’ll find plenty of both in the founders and history that make Ned's Noodles.
The first Ned's Noodle Bar store was opened in 2000 by James Breslaw and Roberto Marroni, who fell in love with Oriental cuisine and flavours while backpacking together through Asia.
They decided to open the first Noodles in a Box concept as soon as they returned to London in Spring 2000. Roberto, a well-respected chef at some of the best hotels in Rome, Melbourne and London has travelled throughout Asia over many years gathering the flavours and techniques to create the authentic Ned's Sauces used today. James, a successful entrepreneur, and restauranteur, who began his career in 1986 in New York City has focused heavily on building the brand.
